After the death of Sir Clement Coxson Dodd this year, (the man responsible for studio 1 which produced the likes of the Skatalites, the Wailers, and the Heptones, and which launched a production career for Lee Scratch Perry), his comrades in France decided to create a festival in his honor. So this year the purely Jamaican Ja�Sound Festival was launched. The festival takes place in the small medieval town of L�zan which is not far from the sea. Your main goal here is to remain lucid enough to make your way home.
